Agreement for the processing of personal data

Text of the agreement for data processing: 

Hereby, in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data” dated July 27, 2006, you confirm your consent to the processing by the Federal Budgetary Institution of Science Institute of Nuclear Research of the Russian Academy of Sciences (hereinafter referred to as INR RAS) of your personal data: collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, changing), use, transfer solely for the purpose of using the software and operating the official website of the INR RAS, as described below, as well as blocking, depersonalization, destruction. 

INR RAS guarantees the confidentiality of the information received. The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of effective operation of the official Internet site and conducting the statutory activities of the INR RAS. 

If it is necessary to provide your personal data to third parties (copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software), you consent to the transfer of your personal data. INR RAS guarantees that the copyright holder, distributor or reseller of the software protects personal data on conditions similar to those set out in this Personal Data Confidentiality Policy. 

This consent applies to the following personal data of yours: last name, first name and patronymic, email address, contact phone number, other information provided by you voluntarily when using your personal account on the official Internet site of the INR RAS. 

The validity period of the consent is unlimited. You can revoke this consent at any time by sending a written notification to the address: 117312, Moscow, V-312, 60th Anniversary of October Avenue, 7a, with the note “Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data on the official Internet site of the INR RAS.”  ;

Please note that withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data entails deletion of your personal account from the website http://inr.ru, and also the destruction of records containing your personal data in the personal data processing systems of the INR RAS, interacting with the official website of the INR RAS, which may make it impossible to use the Internet services of the INR RAS. 

You hereby guarantee that the information you provide is complete, accurate and reliable, and that the provision of information does not violate the current legislation of the Russian Federation, the legal rights and interests of third parties. All information provided is filled in by you regarding yourself personally. 

This consent is valid for the entire period of storage of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
